ServiceNet’s Annual Open Enrollment Period ends June 28, 2013.  This is the only time of year employees may enroll in or change certain benefits.  More information and instructions may be found in the Open Enrollment Notice.  Click on the links below for more information on each benefit and to access additional forms and Instructions.
