Vacation, Sick, Personal, Holiday, and Bereavement Leave 

Each year, ServiceNet provides employees with:

o   10 to 26 days of paid vacation leave;

o   Up to12 days of paid sick leave;

o   Up to three days of paid personal leave;

o   13 days of paid holiday leave; and

o   Up to five days of paid bereavement leave.

The amount of leave time each employee receives depends upon the employee’s union membership and length of service.  Non-union employees and managers should consult the agency’s Personnel Guidelines while union employees should consult the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.  These documents provide information on the exact amount of leave time each employee may receive and the requirements concerning the use of that leave time.
